In 2020, I launched an etiquette website called "The Inspiring Peacock Post" as a heartfelt passion project to inspire and guide others. My vision was to offer advice and direction on relationships, careers, business, confidence, self-love, empowerment, spirituality, culture, and more. During this creative journey, my cousin, Sarah Jean, joined me—especially during the pandemic, when we felt a strong desire to bring extra sparkle and positivity into people's lives.
Many people have asked me how I came up with the name "The Inspiring Peacock Post." The answer lies in my deep connection with peacocks. Their vibrant colors and graceful charm have always captivated me, but it’s their symbolism that resonates most deeply. Peacocks embody vision, royalty, spirituality, awakening, guidance, protection, and watchfulness. According to Greco-Roman mythology, the eyes on a peacock’s tail are said to reflect the stars, symbolizing renewal and immortality. Inspired by these qualities, "The Inspiring Peacock Post" was born.
From 2020 to 2022, the post featured unique and uplifting publications with a classy edge, embodying our tagline, “ETIQUETTE WITH PERSPECTIVE.” In 2023, I merged this project with my new website, "Shining Bright with Serene Grace," creating a platform that integrates etiquette with intuitive insights.
Looking ahead, I’m excited to share more empowering publications from myself and other writers, continuing to bring positivity and inspiration to the world. Together, let’s shine and sparkle brighter than ever!
